Introducing a new collection of cheese knives from the cult cutlery design house, Sabre Paris. More than just utensils, each piece from Sabre Paris is a true decorative object with a cool, standout style. These truly sexy knives are a must for well appointed cheese and charcuterie boards.

We chose the Bistrot Collection in Teak for its rustic and Old World feel and paired it with the Vintage finish of the steel. This combination exudes a simple, artisanal, rough yet refined style which pairs beautifully with slate, wood, stone, and handmade pottery.

The Bistrot Cleaver's solid, sharp blade makes this cheese knife particularly suitable for cutting hard cheeses, and for leaving it sticking irreverently out of the cheese wedge.

    About Sabre Paris

"From the moment of its launch, the brand revolutionized tableware and created impertinent collections that rang out like manifestos. No to pompous luxury and stuffy classics! Yes to cheerful, simple and elegant products. An original vision that the House invented and still upholds, on its own, today.

With the flick of a knife, Sabre Paris modernized fancy dishware."

    Care Instructions

    Hand wash recommended.

When washing by hand, we recommend that you do not use abrasive sponges. If small rings appear on the knife blades, they can be easily removed with a soft cloth and/or white vinegar. For cutlery with light-colored handles, avoid prolonged contact with foods that stain (coffee, tea, tomato sauce, etc.).

For cutlery with teak wood handles, a natural, rot-proof and very resistant wood, we advise you to regularly care for them with olive or linseed oil. It is also recommended that you do not leave your cutlery soaking in water.
